QA Engineer/Specialist

Job description

What you'll do

Test planning and execution: You will develop and implement test plans, prepare test cases, and carry out manual and automated testing.

Quality assurance: You will actively monitor software development, collaborate with developers on bug fixing and process optimization, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Bug identification and documentation: Discovering, logging, and tracking bugs through appropriate tools, prioritization, and collaboration on resolving them.
QA process improvement: Proposing improvements and implementing best practices in testing, as well as keeping up with new technologies and trends.
Collaboration in agile teams: Actively participating in teams using a hybrid work model with flexible working hours and a flexible approach to work organization.

Requirements

What we are looking for

Software testing experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in QA testing (manual and/or automated)

Technical skills: Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) and an understanding of the overall testing process

Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze software systems in detail and identify potential issues, as well as understanding documentation (use cases)

Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with the team and clients, with excellent knowledge of English

Proactivity and willingness to learn: Readiness for continuous self-improvement and the implementation of new ideas

Team spirit: Willingness to work in an environment without traditional hierarchies, where every contribution is valued

Independence: Self-sufficiency and organization in carrying out tasks, while not hesitating to ask for help, advice, or additional information when needed
